courtyard is in a great location, so close to various attractions without needing to drive. all the team members were friendly, especially the ladies at breakfast—they're real gems! the queen room with two queen beds was decent enough for our visit.

Location was great, close walking

We had an exhilarating time exploring the local caves and the nearby hiking trails, which were a hit with my little ones. The hotel was in a prime spot, making it easy to visit all the fun attractions around downtown, especially the aquarium.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great if the hotel offered breakfast options at earlier times for families with kids. The limited dining hours were a struggle for our small ones.

We explored nearby caves and went hiking. The location was perfect, close to attractions. The staff was helpful, the room spacious enough for us, and we really appreciated the cleanliness. Just a heads-up, the indoor pool wasn't functional during our stay.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and pretty clean. The beds were super comfy, so I slept well. But, no coffee station in the lobby, which was a bummer, especially compared to other hotels. Ice machine was broken, had to go three floors up for ice. A decent stay overall, but little things like that stood out.

This place was just right for a weekend stopover in Chattanooga, offering great value. The indoor pool was a nice perk for the kids after a long drive. Make sure to check for parking options in advance.

During my stay, I loved how close the Tennessee Aquarium was, just a short walk away, and enjoyed many meals at Hennen's, which was just around the corner making it super convenient for my city strolls. while the staff was friendly and the hotel had spacious rooms, the furniture is definitely a bit dated and could use some refreshing.
